3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or unauthorized promotional materials
- Impersonate any person, entity, or organization
- Exploit or harm minors in any way
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Services or connected systems
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Services
- Collect other users' personal information without their consent
- Use the Services to build a competing product or service
- Attempt or assist others in any of the above
Subscription & Billing
4.1 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on the Website. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4.2 Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. Saleslinq does not store payment card details. If payment fails, we are under no obligation to fulfill your order.
4.3 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions begin on the date payment is received and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or through your billing page.
4.4 Access Rights
You do not acquire rights to use the Services until full payment is received. Non-payment may result in service interruption.
4.5 Refund Policy
The sole exception is in the case of a duplicate charge caused by a technical error on our part, in which case the duplicate amount will be refunded upon verification.
Any unused credits remaining in your account wallet at the time of cancellation will be forfeited and are not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.
Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Services and its content, features, and functionality (collectively, "Content") are owned by Saleslinq, its licensors, or other providers. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
5.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your internal business purposes. This license terminates upon termination of the Agreement or your cessation of use.
5.3 Restrictions
- Do not copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any Content
- Do not modify, translate, or create derivative works
- Do not sell, sublicense, or exploit the Content or Services
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices
- Do not use Content to build a similar or competing product
5.4 Trademarks
All Saleslinq trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Saleslinq or their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written consent.
User Content
6.1 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or submit through the Services ("User Content"). All User Content must comply with the Content Standards below.
6.2 License
By submitting User Content, you grant Saleslinq an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
6.3 Content Standards
User Content must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Promote illegal activity or create risk of harm
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Contain defamatory, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material
- Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or unlawful discrimination
- Contain false or misleading information, or impersonate others
6.4 DMCA Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please send a DMCA notice to [email protected] including: identification of the work and the infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saleslinq, Bahra IT Solutions, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of this Agreement; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
11.1 By Saleslinq
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason including breach of this Agreement.
11.2 By You
You may terminate this Agreement by contacting us at [email protected] and requesting account deletion.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) remain in effect.
Disputes
12.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bahra IT Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
12.3 Time Limit
Any claim arising from this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.
Miscellaneous
- Waiver – Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Severability – If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Entire Agreement – This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Saleslinq.
- Assignment – You may not assign rights under this Agreement without our written consent. Saleslinq may freely assign.
- No Agency – No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by this Agreement.
